Our Winston Salem Chapter of A Bed and A Book is the original/parent chapter of the organization. It was established in 2020 by our founder, Anneliese Wall. Anneliese identified the need for A Bed and A Book after seeing living circumstances of children while working in the Courthouse in Forsyth County. Our organization initially served only families in Winston Salem; but since then we’ve expanded to now include Winston Salem, Greensboro, and High Point.
